Vlad Bulakh

As a licensed and insured BCIN designer in Ontario, I offer my services to homeowners and business owners in the Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area. I help clients realize their dream designs for their homes, decks, renovations, or accessory apartments, and I provide assistance in obtaining building permits. My license allows me to work on projects with a building footprint of up to 600 sq.m. or 6450 sq. ft.

I am flexible in my communication methods and will work with you in the way that is most convenient for you. Some clients prefer to discuss their ideas with me directly, while others may have sketches or drawings that they can share. Whether you have a clear vision for your project or you need help figuring out the details, I am here to assist you. We can communicate via email, phone, or set up a virtual meeting through Zoom.
